If you want to better understand just how honest the managers at Heatherwood Apartments are, I challenge you to look no further than their very own site at www.HeatherApts.com. There you’ll find all kinds of half-truths, mistruths and outright lies in ways that might surprise you. If you’re too savvy to buy in to the rumors, just look at their site to assess it for yourself.
So let’s move on to the Lifestyle Page:
Enjoy a swim in your year-round pool or soak in the spa… This pool was broken 3 out of the first 4 months I lived there, and even after that it took a passionate demand in the office (two telephone calls didn’t cut it) to get my keycard to get me into it.
With friends… You’re not allowed to have friends come over to the clubhouse. They have parties from time to time, but even though the site’s home page says in plain terms that you can have guests over, you can not… no guests. In fact, in the fitness center, you aren’t even allowed to have two people from the same apartment in there according to your lease agreement.
A complete kitchen is available for resident events… First of all, it’s not available to you, second of all, it’s not a kitchen. It’s a sink, a microwave and I think there might be a mini-fridge. It’s not a full kitchen. There’s no stove, no oven, and no dishwasher. Even the sink is more of a bathroom than a kitchen sink. This is a plain and outright lie.
Look for more Site Lies in coming days (check the whole category if you like), as they’re all written already and scheduled for publication.
